Rachel Kraft is the owner of Your Administrative Ally, a small business founded on a win-win belief: when leaders are able to delegate, they can be more effective AND they are providing meaningful employment opportunities to those who need a bridge to their next big thing.

Your Administrative Ally seeks to employ women with barriers to the workforce and her clients benefit from a team with wide-ranging skill sets and availability. Rachel’s calm leadership in the back office allows her clients to increase their effectiveness and live more fully into their purpose, while she manages workflows, simplifies processes, and generally removes friction from clients’ interactions and systems.

Education and Certifications:

  • BA in International Studies from the University of Richmond
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

On a Personal Note:

Rachel lives in Vienna, VA with her 4 children and high school sweetheart. She enjoys unwinding by tending flowers in her garden, listening to music, or reading a novel.
