She is a co-creator of the successful SOAR Leadership Program with best-selling author Chalmers Brothers, which has certified over 200 executive coaches and HR professionals from around the world.

After living overseas and working with leaders throughout Europe and South America for 12 years, Sarah now resides in Vienna, Virginia with her husband and three sons.
