Wendy Luke coaches and trains senior executives and rising stars facing complex management issues.
She helps clients solve tough people problems while also creating and sustaining healthy organizations. Wendy’s 30+ years of experience across a broad range of for- profit businesses, associations, museums, other non-profits, and the federal government enable her to focus on both context and outcomes in what are almost always highly political environments. She specializes in coaching C-suite executives and high-potential midcareer and emerging professionals, helping them hone their leadership skills while also enhancing their personal growth.

Wendy organized and manages the leadership coaching component of the Halcyon Incubator Program that supports social entrepreneurs. She is a frequent contributor to publications, a frequent presenter at national and regional conferences, and the co-editor and a contributing author to A Life in Museums: Managing Your Museum Career (2012). Prior to starting her own coaching and consulting company, she held senior human resources management positions in defense contracting, public accounting, workout and turnaround, publishing and association industries.
On a Personal Note:
Wendy is one-half of a therapy dog team with Molly (5 -year -old Maltipoo acquired during Covid) de-stressing 1st – 4th graders. She is passionate about and energized from culture and regularly attends museums, theater, concerts, and dance in DC, around the country, and the world.
